Anticipating upcoming changes to your schedule? Traveling for work? Time needed for family? We can best adjust your program to meet your work x family x life balance.

So if you can’t ride out or can’t run out? We can come up with alternative indoor training sessions for indoor bike trainer rides or treadmill sessions that will still keep you engaged. Or if you are strong on the Bike but weak on the Swim, then we can design your programs such that we address your weaker disciplines without sacrificing your strengths.

Training Peaks: Set you up on the Training Peaks, a globally accepted web-based and mobile training app, that we fully use not only to post your program or track your performance but to communicate as well.

Sports Watches: Setting up your sports watch so you can make the most of it in training and racing, while we can make the most of the data recorded to further your performance.

Other Training Tools: Setting up other complementary Training Tools & Apps depending on the athletes performance goals and willingness to use them (Trainer Road, Zwift, power meter, etc.)

Inside Track Athletics (ITA) is the multi-sport coaching arm of STREAMLINE Sports Instruction (SSI). Developed by founding coaches, Noy Basa, Al Gonzales and Paolo Leaño, ITA brings to the forefront an integrated coaching system not borne by the experience of one, but strengthened by the cumulative expertise of many. Their complementary coaching styles and backgrounds allow them to develop seasonal and race specific triathlon programs for individuals, training groups and multi-sport teams.
